1. How do I know what size is the right size for me?
   Take your measurements as described on the size charts; female>male, male>female, female, male. Then find the right size in the chart.


2. If my measurements are different from those in the size chart, wat should I do?
   If your measurements are different from those in the size chart, feel free to contact by phone or using the contact form. You can always have your order made to measure.


3. If I ordered the wrong size, can I return the product?
   You can return a product if it meets the conditions. For a detailed explanation, view the information under ordering and conditions for exchange and return.


4. If I am not sure about the size to be ordered, can I come by to fit the various models?
   You can always make an appointment to visit the atelier for personal advice. View the information under contact for our contact information.


5. How long will it take before I receive my order?
   Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order immediately. From the time of shipment, it takes approximately two weekdays before you receive your order. For more information, check order and shipping for a detailed explanation.


6. I don’t live in the Netherlands, can I order a product and how long does it take before I receive my order?
   You can order our products from all over the world. You order will be shipped via TNT post. For more information about delivery times and costs, view the information under shipping


7. How will my order be shipped?
   Your order will be shipped discretely. On your parcel, you will only see your address, our postal code and house number. No logo’s.


8. How can I pay for my order?
   You can pay for your order using our safe payment system Buckaroo. You can use a credit card (eurocard/mastercard and visa), iDeal and by bank transfer via a bank or giro account by means of an invoice to your e-mail address.

12. How should I wash the mr. Lympie?
    Use warm water or alcohol to clean mr. Lympie. Sometimes it also works to roll mr. Lympie in a bowl of corn flour, to rinse it under warm water, and to lightly powder it with corn flour again once it’s dry. 


13. Can I swim with the mr. Lympie?
    Yes, you can swim with the mr. Lympie. However, do keep in mind that the material will wear more quickly due to the chlorine or sea water.


14. Can I swim with the foam breast prostheses?
    Unfortunately, the foam breast prostheses are not suitable for swimming.
